Visit limits and reset periods
Customer would get 3 complimentary lounge access vouchers on spends of Rs. 60,000 or more in preceding calendar quarter- 2 Domestic lounge access (Within India) + 1 International lounge access (Outside India). To avail lounge vouchers during the October – December quarter, you must spend ₹ 60,000 or more during the July – September quarter. source ↗

Spend and eligibility
In the communication received, customer will receive a voucher code and QR code will be generated, with details such as validity, a list of eligible lounges, as shown in below sample. Customer has to present this at the eligible lounge for admission inside the lounge. source ↗

Validity to Generate the voucher on Smartbuy is 90 days from end of the Calendar Quarter.
Generate your lounge voucher through SmartBuy and ensure it is valid on the date of travel.
Validity and timing
Validity of voucher would be 180 days from the date of generating the voucher.
