How to enter

At the participating airport lounges, Cardholders need to present their HSBC TravelOne Credit Card and state their intention to avail the lounge facility. The cardholders must presen HSBC TravelOne Credit Card, Boarding pass, and any additional identification if required by the lounge operator. source ↗

Primary, add-on and guests

Lounge access charge for guests is not complimentary. A 'Guest' refers to a visitor who is not an HSBC TravelOne cardholder source ↗

Validity and timing

If the Cardholder’s visit falls under the prescribed entitlement of 4 complimentary international lounge visits, it will subsequently be reversed within 15 business days

Charges and exclusions

If the Cardholder exceeds the quota of 4 complimentary international lounge visits, the applicable lounge access fee plus taxes – that is the Indian Rupees equivalent of USD 35 - will be charged to the Credit Card account.

Check the programme's lounge list for your airport and terminal. An international flight does not by itself make a lounge an overseas one.
